Prefurd Welding Ltd. has a fully approved Loss Prevention Program. We are
committed to provide active leadership and complete support in maintaining and
constantly reviewing this Program; designed to prevent human pain and suffering from
personal injury and prevent economic losses from property and environmental damage.

Prefurd Oilfield Services is committed to striving for incident free operations. We plan
to achieve this through complete endorsement of this Program and creating an
environment conducive to ongoing safety education and practice of all personnel in every
area of our business.

We are COR certified since December, 2006 and we are an active member of
ISNetworld since January, 2009 - who centralizes our compliance data; including our
regulatory and client requirements; manages our company's safety and procurement
information. In addition, the Review and Verification Services (RAVS) verifies and
evaluates our health and safety information to ensure requirements are met.

Prefurd Oilfield Services has a fully implemented Quality Systems Manual.
